The way you explained the difference between Lakehouse and DW really cleared my confusion. Lakehouse for structured + unstructured read-only, and DW for full SQL DML on structured data - that point is gold.
I’m especially impressed with 3 features:
1. Serverless Compute : Pay only for what you use. No more cluster management headaches.
2. Compute and Storage Separation : This gives so much flexibility for scaling workloads.
3. Open Delta Parquet Format : No vendor lock-in and seamless integration with Power BI, Spark, Python.
I just submitted my entry for the #DataDays2026 SQL + AI Promptathon using Fabric Lakehouse. Articles like this on Data Warehouse make me confident to attempt the DP-600 certification too, especially with the 100% discount going on.
