Through this dashboard and using data delivered by the STIF open data, I tried to perform ETL transformations to extract valuable data and then I studied the validation (payment) experience of every user of the public means of transport like trains or bus in "Ile de France" region of France in order to see variability of use of each mean and evaluate the number of validation (it may help capturing fraud)
