With the start of this years Tour de France we decided to create a dashboard giving fans a change to dive into the data, going back all the way to the beginning in 1903.

With the dashboard, users can find out different information, like the average length of stages per year, divided into flat, mountain and time trail stages. But also more detailed info about the winners of those stages and the famous jerseys.

Being Dutchies, we reserved a spot especially for the accomplicements of our fellow countrymen.

This is a really Impressive Dashboard. I would like to ask you the following list of Points.

• How is the Top Bar for Navigation done. I can understand that you have used Bookmarks and linked those to Internal Report Pages, but I see that there is a Pop-out effect when you hover over the Menu Items.
• Clicking on one of the Top Bar Navigation Button, it Transitions to a Page. How did you do the Filters with Bikes on the left. Have you used a Chiclet Slicer for it. How did you embed custom Images on this Slicer.
• How did you bring in Images on the Middle of the Pie Chart. I would like to understand more about this. 

Also, Can you pls. share with me this pbix as I would like to adopt some of these Ideas into my Future Projects.
