The Power BI Report is an example of how easy it is to use the power bi service. I wanted to create something that anyone could do. My inspiration was my children and how I am helping them create things for school. This report is information about the Solar System. I made this report so that it could be used in a presentation or for the use of someone to easily browse the data.
I used an excel sheet that contained data for the solar system. The data contains url’s for the images. I used two customized visualizations and the multi-row card. Each planet can be clicked and the information is presented visually.
I believe Power BI could be used beyond the office. I can see students from elementary school to college using this service. I know that once we introduce this to the younger generations we will see Power BI go to the next level.
