Here is my submission to this month's #dataDNA challenge by Onyx Data & ZoomCharts! This challenge presented a unique opportunity to work with a large dataset from The Movie Database (TMDB). I had a great time uncovering insights and visualizing the data in new and exciting ways.
Tools Used: Excel, Power BI
Key transformations:
Replaced missing titles with "No Title" for clarity.
Created separate dimension tables for dates, Producers and genres.
Implemented year ranges to simplify the data visualization.
Provided dynamic titles based on tree map selection (one time).
Visualized revenue trends for released movies using bar charts.
