Using official Brazilian government data, I built a concise overview of the tech job market as of December 2025.
This report highlights two key dimensions: Salaries (converted to USD) and Net Hiring dynamics. Among several possible insights, I chose to focus on how the five main tech job groups are being paid across Brazilian states.
The main visualization is structured as a three-dimensional analytical view:
• A central matrix displaying State × Job Group combinations
• A top bar chart showing salary distribution by state
• An overlay presenting the average age across the same state–job intersections
This layout allows us to simultaneously analyze compensation intensity, demographic structure, and regional labor movement in a single integrated perspective.
⚙️ I also added HTML-based visual elements on the left side, highlighting key insights, as well as a Top 10 salary ranking by economic sector.
