When report data is refreshed from Excel PowerView the tab order scrambles forcing an edit to resort the tabs to the desired order to present to the users. Even after the tabs are re-ordered the report then opens to random tabs and does not open to the first tab, the desired starting point for report consumption. It would be great if the reports open by default to the first tab in all caseses after the report has been pushed out to workgroups. As of today, it's not.
