I'm not sure I understand your question. You can type in the name of the region and/ or the name of the town in the related search bars. Maybe you can explain a bit more what you're trying to do?

Hi Sia3, you can add search by clicking on the elipsis of the visual i.e. in this case would be the slicer visual. so from there the first option allows you to "checkmark" the search to add to your slicer visual
Result:
