HR Analyst
Jane is the HR analyst focusing on collecting and analysing employee data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategic decisions.
She is in charge of monitoring turnover rates, employee satisfaction levels, and workforce demographics.
She uses this specific dashboard to track current employee demographics and changes over time. It is also the dashboard that is viewed by the HR director and the senior leadership team therefore while all the key information needs to be present, she understands that some of it may be hidden behind clicks to make the dashboard easier for the higher ups. The dashboard is checked once a week.
