In this report, we use a simple R-F-M (Recency-Frequency-Monetary) model to categorize customers into different segments. This model helps sales team to identify customer shopping behavior or marketing team to find the best campaign for each customer segment. We use data in AdventureWorks database and based on the Sales Order to identify the segments for each customer.
