This Power BI solution show cases a dynamic, real-time Traffic Performance Dashboard for a public transporation system.

 

The solution consists of following 3 key areas:

 

1. Traffic Performance - A dashboard that shows key performance for each bus routes in real-time. Also provides an entry to self-service data discovery.

2. Real-Time Traffic Monitoring - Shows traffic congestion and on-time performance by each route in real time and on map

3. Historical Performance - A time-based report for analyzing each bus route's section performance.
