The report provides an overview of the number of reviews and user sentiment based on review scores by product type, store, and brand. Users will easily grasp information such as:
- Page 1: Product Review Scoring
- Statistics on the number of reviews, the number of customer reviews and the average review score of all products.
- Monitor the top customers with the most reviews, and compare the number of reviews by review score, distributed to each store and brand.
- Compare the number of reviews by score classification, providing a quick and intuitive view of the overall customer perception of the products being distributed.
- Consider the trend of fluctuations in the number of reviews and average review scores by month of the year.
- Natural language analysis using Word Cloud, helps emphasize and easily capture prominent keywords in product review content.
- Page 2: Correlation Analysis
- The report page allows statistical distribution of two continuous variables: Product Price and Review Score. Analyze the relationship of the above two variables based on the correlation coefficient (Pearson correlation coefficient), thereby considering the degree of impact on the evaluation score when businesses increase or decrease product prices.
