This report is from our MS Project Online collection. A report like this, which answers high-level questions like "What are summary metrics of our portfolio?" or "How is our portfolio doing?", is perfect for the busy executive or stakeholder. Key metrics, such as % complete, % of budget, active risks and issues, etc., surround stats of the projects within the portfolio. You can see the number of projects broken down by various segments of your PMO and then view projects by cost, work, and duration. The bars dynamically color-format to orange if the variance of the respective measure is positive (e.g. positive cost variance means the project is over budget).
