This set of interactive reports provides insight into health data across country at the population and patient level. It can be used by health workers, clinicians and health authorities to analyse population health across region or check on individual patient health records.
Population Health Analysis report gives an overview of top diagnosis, prescribed medications and referrals within selected city or state. It also shows which clinics have recorded most number of services recorded and their statuses.
Patient Timeline Report lets you review critical health information for the selected patient. It displays all the conditions, referrals and medications recorded for that patient over the time as well as critical qualifier information recorded at the regular intervals. It also predicts ideal values for qualifiers such as Cholesterol, Blood Pressure and BMI for that paitent based on certain calculations and other health information recorded for that patient.
