💡 Revolutionising Financial Management with Power BI: Mobile Cashflow Monitoring Interface 📱
As someone passionate about data analysis and technology, I decided to take financial tracking to the next level. Inspired by my banking app, I created a fully customised layout in Power BI to monitor my cashflow in a practical and visually appealing way.
🚀 Key features of this project:
- Detailed filters: View and compare financial data across custom periods: Today, last 7 days, 28 days, 90 days, or 365 days.
- Smart comparisons: Compare the selected period with previous periods to track changes in real time.
- Custom progress bar (SVG): A unique visual feature showcasing expenses and income progress against the total lifetime amount.
- Automated balance calculation: Cashflow is calculated automatically based on income minus expenses, showing clear results.
- Responsive design: A "pixel-perfect" experience for mobile devices, with two integrated versions — one for desktop and one fully optimised for mobile.
🛠️ What makes it stand out: Instead of relying on Power BI’s native mobile layout, I designed a completely custom interface to achieve a more refined and tailored experience that goes beyond the limitations of the standard layout.
