This model answers a real business scenario: “what if the executive leadership decided to change policies to limit the duration of international assignments in a specific country and asked our team to monitor the situation?”
The report provides the desired information, gets it in context, and provides additional information for follow-up. It also includes a “model x-ray” describing our new test development workflow:
Scoping -> Planning -> Data -> Model/Tests -> Visuals -> Adoption
Please note that this report was developed for demonstration purposes and, as such, all data shown in the model has been sampled (is a small subset) and masked to protect privacy.
