The following dashboard is an analytical report of the results of employee interviews at a company.
Employees in various positions participated in these interviews. These interviews were conducted in two sessions by different interviewers on specific dates.
Each interview had a specific topic, such as working hours, productivity, safety, etc. The result of each interview is categorized as Happy, Indifferent, or Unhappy.
The analyses are presented based on the interview topics, employees, and interviewers. Additionally, KPI’s such as Employee Satisfaction, Employee Indifference, and Employee Unhappiness have been created. These KPI’s display a numerical score between 10 and -10 and determine the status based on the obtained number.
If the obtained number in second interview is less than or equal to -6, the result is Low; if it is between -5 and 4.5, it is Moderate; and if it is greater than or equal to 5, it is High.
Finally, the results are displayed based on color coding. For example, if the result for the Employee Satisfaction Index is High, it is shown in green; if the result for the Employee Unhappiness Index is High, it is shown in red.
