This interactive dashboard shows information processed by HR department. Using all available information extracted from database I was able to create spectrum of KPI's such as Job satisfaction matrix, Work-Life balance, Gender Distribution, attrition rate etc.
Purpose of this dashboard is to provide simple and clear day-to-day updated information for HR department professionals.
