HR Analytics - case study

A case study of Atlas Labs HR analytics based on sample data. The idea is provide insights about employees based on various factors such as hiring trends, their distribution by department/jobrole, performance and attrition rate.

The report has essentially 4 pages.

1. Overview section shows the total employees, active and inactive, employee hiring trends and employees by department/jobrole.
2. Demographics provides employees grouped by age, gender, marital status and their average income by ethinicity.
3. Performance tracker provides insights into performance of a single employee with searchable list.
4. Attrition page provides employee attrition rate grouped into several factors such as overtime, travel, year, tenure and department/jobrole.
