WELCOME TO FP20 ANALYTICS CHALLENGE 8 “IT Help Desk Analysis"
In this challenge, we were provided with a reliable dataset containing IT ticket data and profiles of agents from a fictional company. My task was to provide valuable insights into trends, usage patterns, system behaviors, service level agreements, and more. These insights will help our IT department stay updated with industry developments.
