Employee Data
- In the Column "Local Job Title", I've performed the following transformations
1. Trimmed extra whitespaces
2. Handled typological Errors
3. Handled Ambiguity - Ex., Associate Principal Consultant was present as Principal Associate Consultant
- In the Column "Employee Status", there are employees in "Active" Status even though they have left the org, hence changed those values to "Inactive" Status.
- Created Groups for Job Titles - Grouped based on my understanding, since I do not know the hierarchy within the org, it can be incorrect.
- Created necessary Calculated columns and Measures where ever required.
Recruitment Data
- Could not create YTD for New Joiners as values in "Joining Month" is not matching with the "Candidate Status" Column. Since the joining dates are available only for 2021, have written a simple calculation to pickup all new joiners in the data.
- Since could not understand which date column to be used for Lead time and Cycle time, I've used Requisition Approved date column to calculate YTD for the same.
- For Reactivation %, I've used "Request Status" closed as numerator.
- Created necessary Calculated columns and Measures whenever required.
