Does anyone know how I can get this to be by county/zipcode rather than city?
Thanks in advance

There's probably a much efficient solution but if you can get the polygons for each ZIP/County you can then load the shape in QGIS and calculate their centroids (basically the middle of the polygon). That would result in a specific coordinate for each ZIP code you could use.
