I visualized IBM HR Dataset and this dataset taken from Kaggle, you can see link below text. I tried to do my best and open to all suggestion&recommendation and also I would like to hear your thoughts.
In the dataset, There was no name for each of employee number because of this situation I created 1470 random names and linked those names to each employee number in a new table. I created new table based on EmployeeDetail values to show performance survey&answer. To do this table, firstly, I chose required columns and also employee number then finished the process after unpivot process.
Definition of Performance Page Number Values:
1-Strongly Disagree
2-Disagree
3-Agree
4-Strongly Agree
This report consist of 8 pages. You can drill through from each page to Salary Detail and Salary-Performance pages.
