This is the "CRM and Sales Pipelines" dashboard, for which I achieved 1st runner-up in Challenge 17 from FP20 Analytics.
In this challenge, we analysed the CRM and sales pipeline of a B2B company for leads registered over the past five months. The dashboard provides insights into lead distribution across countries, industries, and organisation sizes.
🌟 🌟🌟Key Insights:
- Overall Performance: The company has a healthy pipeline with a substantial number of leads, but only 12% are converted to deals, indicating room for improvement. The low loss rate (2%) is positive.
- Product Performance: SaaS leads in popularity, while Services leads in deal value. Conversion rates are balanced across products.
- Monthly Trends: Closed deal values increased early in the year, likely due to effective sales efforts or favourable market conditions, but later decreased, potentially due to seasonal factors. Moreover, the lost rate is consistently lower than the conversion rate, showing strong sales processes.
- Geographical Performance: The Netherlands has the highest conversion rate, suggesting effective localised strategies. Germany’s lower rate indicates potential for enhancement.
- Sales Agent Performance: Laura Thompson excels with the highest total and closed deal values, highlighting her effectiveness. Other agents show a gap between total and closed values, indicating potential lead loss.
- Deal Values by Month: Fluctuations in potential deal values suggest market volatility. Consistent tracking and adaptive strategies are necessary to capitalise on opportunities and minimise losses.
