- The summary page shows the total number of customers that filled the survery & the percentage of them that were satisfied. This page can be filtered using the slicer for Business & Personal travel on the top right of the visual
- Similar questions have been grouped into 4 categories: Food & Entertainment, Inflight comfort, Experience at the airport, and their experience navigating the airline website.
- The details pages show a breakdown of survey results, it can be viewed for each customer class (Business, Economy & Economy plus) individually or all 3 can be viewed side by side.
