This report describes 'delayed transfers of care' for adults, for all Welsh Local Authorities each month over the last 5 years; highlighting the top reasons for delays from hospital, including trends, change over time and forecasting. This demonstrates the added value of Power BI for Local Authorities to view performance indicators for adult social care, analyse the key reasons for delays in their area and relate this to other authorities of interest.
The data has been analysed for the Local Authority of Rhondda Cynon Taf specifically, but filtering can be applied for all LAs in Wales.
