The All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion has found out how Russians feel about psychological help.
There is no consensus among Russians regarding trust in psychologists: 27% believe that psychologists have become more trusted than before. The same proportion of respondents said that the level of trust is the same as before (27%). A third of Russians found it difficult to answer (37%), and 9% believe that less than before.
Among those who reported an increase in confidence in psychologists, the proportion of women is higher (32% vs 20% among men) and young people aged 18 to 24 (46%). It was difficult to answer mainly men (41% vs 33% of women) and the generation of 45 years and older.
