Use AI Skill outside Fabric

• Please ensure that the necessary tenant settings are enabled. Specifically, verify that the Copilot and Azure OpenAI Service and Users can create and share AI skill item types (preview) settings are enabled.

• You can refer to the latest documentation on AI Skill sharing and permission management. This provides updated guidelines on sharing AI Skills within Fabric and managing access permissions. However, external access via API endpoints is not explicitly mentioned, so it may not be currently supported
• The 404 response indicates that the endpoint might not be accessible outside of Fabric. This could be due to changes in how endpoints are managed or accessed. Double-check if there are any updated endpoints or additional steps required for external access.
