Simple ML Models failing

I have created a model from Titanic dataset which is imported using csv. The model is created using the edit button of dataflow. The error after model creation and refreshing of data is

Error Details: Error: Couldn't refresh the entity because of an issue with the mashup document MashupException.Error: Expression.Error: The key didn't match any rows in the table. Details: Key = [entity = "ModelTitanic"];Table = #table({"entity", "dataCategory", "Data", "Tags", "ItemKind", "ItemName", "IsLeaf"}, {}). 

Why there is error even I am following the suggested path of ML flow
