CONTEXT:
source = on-prem SQL Server
destination = lakehouse; new table
ISSUE:
0__add and config Copy data activity according to above.
1__run pipeline == success.
2__open lakehouse; refresh tables; new table name appears in Explorer with a red X next to it; hover over X and error message = Couldn't load table; yet, on the right, 1,000 rows are shown.
3__navigate to SQL endpoint; do a table refresh; new table does not appear, which means we can't even test to see if the table contains all the rows as the source or just the 1,000 rows shown in the lakehouse.

I am seeing the same issue with one of our tables , it goes away and it comes back displaying the red X with same error message , was there any fix to this?
Not that I know of. Randomly went away for me.
BTW, I am curious about something else. After you ingest data from some source that has a ID column, using Copy data in a pipeline, did you notice something weird with the IDs, such as greater IDs in the destination than at the source?
Also, how do you make sure Fabric does not cause data integrity issues?
Hi @Element115
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Apologies for the delay in response. Are you still facing this issue?
This might be an intermittent issue. Please do let me know if the issue still persists.
Nope, it went away.
