Unable to View Notebook Snapshot

Hey, all. I'm suddenly unable to view my notebook snapshots which I normally used to debug any abnormal runs. Clicked on the link as usual but now I see this instead...   It's even the case f...

Yeah, I've tried creating a new notebook and was able to view the snapshot for that one. This happened over a call with MS support and I'm waiting for their response on the matter. Ideally, I shouldn't have to recreate my notebook just for this so I'll let them do the fixing.

    Hey Yilong,

     

    Unfortunately, the problem is not resolved yet. I am still in contact with MS support on the matter. 

     

    Thanks for the reminder, though. I will close the thread and share the solution provided when it's resolved.
