    Hi LituRout ,

    Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Fabric Community. Currently, Microsoft Fabric Data Factory does not enforce a strict requirement for Oracle connections to be version 19c or above. In contrast to Azure Data Factory v2.0, which mandates Oracle 19c or later, Fabric Oracle connector provides greater flexibility.

     

    For connections to an on premises Oracle database, the connector can be used via the on premises data gateway, provided the Oracle Client for Microsoft Tools (OCMT) is installed on the same machine.

     

    Key points to consider

    1. The connector supports Copy, Lookup, and Script activities within pipelines.

    2. There is no officially specified minimum Oracle version, so older versions such as 11g or 12c may be compatible, assuming the environment is configured correctly.
