Hi,
I'm researching the possibility to ingest data from an on-premise PostgreSQL database into a MS Fabric Lakehouse, if needed through a Power BI Gateway.
From this source, Copy data From PostgreSQL - Azure Data Factory & Azure Synapse | Microsoft Learn , it seems it can not be done with Fabric and a PBI Gateway.
However, this source, Power Query PostgreSQL connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn , suggests it can be done via Power Query online and a PBI Gateway.
Can it be done?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Based on my understanding, gateways are now supported within data pipelines.
So you should be able to access the PostGre database via gateway within data pipeline
