Dataverse Copy Data Action says EngineDescriptor was built for 'Create', but used in 'Update

I have a super simple pipeline using the Copy Data activity with this kind of mapping.

chadstokes_0-1719462959828.png

It runs once successfully but when I run it again I get this error that I haven't found anywhere online.  Not even 1 mention online.  Any help is appreciated.  I've had pipelines like this setup before and I could run it routinely without issue.

Main error Message:

EngineDescriptor was built for 'Create', but used in 'Update'

Full Message:

rrorCode=DynamicsOperationFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=Dynamics operation failed with error code: -2147220956, error message: EngineDescriptor was built for 'Create', but used in 'Update'..,Source=Microsoft.DataTransfer.ClientLibrary.DynamicsPlugin,''Type=System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]],Message=The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason.,Source=Microsoft.DataTransfer.ClientLibrary.DynamicsPlugin
