I've been attempting to include extra columns during the copy operation, but they're not being included in the destination (Lakehouse). I've experimented with various approaches:
Utilizing the Data Pipeline feature within the Source tab.
Opting for a custom query instead of selecting the table directly to append that supplementary information to my copy operation.
Unfortunately, neither of these methods has succeeded in adding the extra columns to the original table that was copied. Is this the expected behavior when transferring data from On-Premises to a Lakehouse?

Hi @netoferraz ,
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Can you please click on import schema after adding Additional Column?
Can you please try above steps and help me know the result?
Hope this is helpful.

Thank you @Anonymous ! It worked! The missing part was to import schemas in the mapping tab.
