Hi  @arkiboys2,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

Please utilize the support for Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse in the SQL Database Projects extension available inside of Azure Data Studio and Visual Studio Code to migrate the dacpac file into one of the fabric environments.

To create a new database project, open Azure Data Studio or Visual Studio Code and navigate to the "Database Projects" section. Click on the "+" button to create a new project, and then select "Synapse Data Warehouse in Microsoft Fabric" as the target platform.

To import the .dacpac file, right-click on the newly created project and choose "Import Data-tier Application." Browse and select your .dacpac file, then follow the prompts to import the schema and objects into the project.

After importing, right-click on the project and select "Publish." Enter the connection details for your DEV Fabric Warehouse environment and initiate the publish process to deploy the schema and objects.
