Hello,
I tried adding a custom library (python whl) to my workspace and it never went through, now the canvas is stuck in this state for days now:
Any idea where the problem might be coming from?

Apologies for the issue you are facing.
Team have investigated this scenario. It was happened due to a token cancellation. As of now, the only mitigation is to move to a new workspace. We have rolled out a fix which will be available by end of this month. At that time, we would be able to restore this workspace.
I request you to create a new workspace in case you are blocked, if not you can wait for the fix as per the discussion with team we can expect it by end of month.
