Unexpected error while registering for DP-700 exam
Hello everyone,
I’m trying to help a colleague who is attempting to register for the DP-700 exam, but he is facing an issue during the registration process.
After entering all required information (country code, phone number, and email) and clicking Submit, the following error message appears:
“We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support.”
Additional information:
- The candidate has previously taken and passed the PL-300 exam using the same account.
- The issue appears right before being redirected to the exam registration portal.
- We have already tried refreshing the page and retrying later, but the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve it?
Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi Rufyda,
Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.Microsoft Certification/Exams is currently not supported in the Fabric Community Forum..
Maybe one of the links is helpful: Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their forums: It’s possible to ask questions by clicking on “Get Started” -> “Ask a Question,” or “Ask a new question >” and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you. The Certifications tab has been relocated to the Credentials section. Below is a direct link to your Certifications tab: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab. Below your certification,
click View certification details, next click the Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
