Hi All,
I have created a Fabric Environment to run my R code in RSpark.
I have downloaded the library from CRAN sources and when I am trying to upload these to environment , mostly all are uploaded and published, byt few are failing such as ggpubr.
Intrestingly when I have manlay installed the same library in notebook , it was a success.
Did anyone in the comminuty faced the similar issue , what could be potential solutions here.
Thanks
In install.packages("ggpubr", contriburl = "file://usr/lib/library-manager/bin/lps/libraries/R/tmp/", : installation of package ‘ggpubr’ had non-zero exit status 25/01/22 09:21:54 INFO Running source /lib/vhd/synapse-trident-r.env && Rscript -e 'library("ggpubr")' 25/01/22 09:21:56 ERROR Error while running command source /lib/vhd/synapse-trident-r.env && Rscript -e 'library("ggpubr")': got exit code 1 stderr:Error in library("ggpubr") : there is no package called ‘ggpubr’ Execution halted

Hi @nilendraFabric,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
Looks like the manual installation in the notebook worked, so the issue may not be with the library itself but with the process Fabric uses for uploading and publishing.
If you're uploading multiple libraries at once, try splitting the process and uploading libraries individually. This can help identify which package or dependency causes the failure.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
