Unable to create tables using data pipeline copy activity

Hello Everyone, I have a copy activity which copies data from SQL db to fabric, though the copy activity is a success, instead of creating tables in lakehouse it is creating unidentified objects.   ...

    It seems there is some lag before the tables get registerd in the Lakehouse, after some time the tables were available instead of the Unrecognized Files

Can you share more detailed information about the replication activity configuration and any error messages you are seeing, this would help me with testing for troubleshooting.
