UI Error: Notebooks Will Not Open & Can Not Create New Notebooks
Existing notebooks will not open in the UI showing Fabric logo indefinitely.
Can not create a new notebook. Selection New >> Notebook returns me to the previous screen.
This behavior started around 3/12/2025 ~ 10AM CT.
Any ideas or is the Fabric team aware of this issue already?
Closing the browser and re-log into Entra Id resolved the issue.

Added note: Browser cookies and storage for app.fabric.microsoft.com was flushed.
