Spark clusters failing to start - private link check failed

We've not made any private link related changes with our Fabric workspaces and yet we're not able to start spark sessions for the last 8 or so hours due to an error as follows (when attempted in an interactive session):

Scheduled notebooks fail to execute a magic command with error like:

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Hi @v-karpurapud ,

 

The issues we all experience were due to a Fabric platform outage as detailed in the MS Service Status page:

My hope in raising a support case was that it would result in MS identifying an issue in their platform quicker. My support experience was that our issue was misidentified as a different N. Europe outage that was showing as already resolved on the service status page - so wasn't helpful.

This situation should be resolved now. Someone from Microsoft called me up to say they had an outage but it's back now.

Thanks for the update, we are back up and running now.

Seems to be an intermittent issue now rather than a constant one

I'm having the same issue in UK-South as well, doesn't seem like Microsoft acknowledged it yet.

Same issue here. UK South too. Never get past "Starting session" status when trying to start a Spark session in Notebook.

Same problem, UK South. Looks like scheduled notebooks run fine but when you try to start a session from the browser it doesn't work

Same Issue here, currently on a trial but in the process of setting up our own capacity....this doesn't bode well for the decision to go forward if this is a common issue.

Yes, we are on UK South and experiencing same issue.
