Problem of report not loading to other users

I have made a report and It is working fine in my computer. I have given permission to other people in my organization. But other can just see the images

The SELECT permission or external policy action 'Microsoft.Sql/Sqlservers/Databases/Schemas/Tables/Rows/Select' was denied on the object 'TableName', database 'databasename', schema 'dbo'.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

TheTableName, databasename are replaced from the error. 
How can I fixed this error?

You need to give Contributor or Admin rights for worskpace in which your report is saved. Viewer does not work
