Helper IIIPower BI - Fabric Capacity Metrics

Thank you for the follow-up question.
The Fabric Capacity Metrics app only shows storage consumption at the workspace level and does not provide a drill-down to the exact file or table consuming the storage. This is why you're unable to identify the specific source of the 500 GB usage from the Capacity Metrics report alone.
To identify the storage consumer, navigate to Workspace Settings → One Lake → Storage report (Preview). The Storage Report provides item-level storage details and can help you determine which Lakehouse, Warehouse, Semantic Model, Mirrored Database, or other Fabric item is consuming the most storage within the workspace.
If you need more granular details, open the identified item and review its tables, files, historical data, shortcuts, or mirrored data, as the Storage Report may not always provide a file-level or table-level breakdown.Refer these links:

Based on your screen shot i can understand you are seeing the storage details of the worksapces.
There are few things we need to consider here while checking storage:
1) This is complete OneLake storage GB which is shown here based on the number of workspaces created.
2) The above information comes from STorage page, read the COMPUTE page to identify the Fabric items like warehouse/lakehouse/KQL DB/SQL DB CU consumptions, to identify the mroe usage.
YOu can also check the othwr charts and graphs on the compute page to check how many reads/writes are happening in lakehouse/warehouse and in another storage. The item which consumes more CU's check if its a write operation, more writes means more table data is getting loaded.
3) Check notebook CUs on compute page, is there any notebook which writing into tables, thereby adding to more storage.
The main idea is to check the compute page to identify usage of storage.

Capacity metrics app currently only shows GB consumption at workspace level and not item level. However, there is a way to check that in workspace settings.
Check Onelake storage in workspace settings to get the storage details. This feature is in preview mode as of now.
