Switching to anonymous session usually helps. Additionally, there may be unexpected errors in your browser in your environment that you may want to verify in the browser's debug console. If there are errors in the debug console, try to switch a network you are connected to the Internet with, for example, switch from WiFi to mobile data.

click View certification details, next click the Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
