Apologies for an error from my side. The changes which I mentioned earlier are not yet active. So the reason for the error might be something else. I tried to repro the same scenario from my side. I didnt receive any error as mentioned above. I have attached the screenshots for your reference:
I have also changed the names of the dataflow and also the activity names as you mentioned:
Hence this might be an intermittent issue. Can you please try again and let me know?

ThanksI'll try to reproduce but at the moment I have no time as I do have a day job and am not supposed to spend this much time doing QA for Microsoft. 😉 But I am open to dedicate more time to this for the right compensation though, a mutually beneficial offer so-to-speak, if Microsoft finds this user feedback valuable.
