Hi
In our Fabric workspace, we have a medalion architecture, lets say Bronze, Silver and Gold with a couple of lakes for the ingestion. We also have a lot of notebooks, DataFlow Gen2 and other stuff.
What we are looking for, is some kind of folder-structure to put everything into, not having to scroll through 100s of notebooks to find the right one.
What I'm looking for, is not "A workspace per layer" or "all code in less notebooks", but something more. Is it possible to make folders (or are it on the roadmap)?
Kind regards
Thomas

Hi @Thomas__R @Workspace folders are in the product roadmap for Q1 2024 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/fabric/release-plan/shared-experiences
I also like to use this naming convention: What's in a name? Naming your Fabric artifacts — Advancing Analytics
In my experience it makes it easier to get a quick overview of the contents in a workspace.
The introduction of folders will be a welcome addition 🙂
Thanks for the feedback. That is exacly what we do today 🙂

Thanks. That's perfect.. 🙂 Do you know when in Q1 it's comming? 🙂
@Thomas__R here's hoping it's before the very end of March 2024! It could be anytime between now and then. I'm sure it'll be announced on the Fabric blog as and when the feature is available
Is this already available?
Can't seem to find anything to organise a workspace.
