The settings are fine and based on the fact you are the workspace admin you should havd write and build permissions on it.
It looks like the issue might be because you are working with the default semantic model that is linked to the lakehouse and is set to automatically update based on changed made to the lakehouse.

Is this an issue just on the power bi service? What permissions do you have on that semantic model item?
