Notebooks - Cluster failing to start - Livy session error - North Europe

Hi There

Is anyone having issues on Notebooks not starting and getting a Livy error below: (North Europe)

Notebook execution failed at Notebook service with http status code - '200', please check the Run logs on Notebook, additional details - 'Error name - Exception, Error value - Failed to create Livy session for executing notebook. LivySessionId: d3cbc9a3-b788-49ec-972c-6cefbdc2551fNotebook: Notebook_7f8e7c5d-e8c6-4b6d-a559-b37b3ebb132a.' :

HI @jonocrotz,

It seems like a hot known issue which already mentioned by other communities. PG teams has awareness these and working hard on it. I will update here if any ETA or plans.

Update: current it's status is update to mitigated, please check it later if this issue fixed.
