Need explanation about DP-700 practice assessment question

I am doing the practice assessment for DP-700.
I don't feel that the answer from MS is correct. Afaik, Azure Synapse Analytics is an analytic platform, not a data store.

Please share your idea.
Btw, does anyone meet this question in real exam before?

The solution should support Pysark and SQL operations. ADLS 2 doesnt support PYSPARK and SQL operations and i think that makes ADLS out from the possible solution.

You are right. Below are the correct ones. Because Azure Synapse Analytics is good for structed data and not ideal for semi-sturcted data less flexible than spark for transformations. 

1.Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (for raw diverse data ingestion + storage)

4.Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse (for PySpark + SQL transformations + Power BI analysis)
